PITTSBURGH AREA REALTORS, SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS and FOUNDERS
Confused by all the hype around AI visibility?
Content creators, high-priced SEO platforms, and agencies make plenty of promises about getting your business found in AI-generated answers. Most emphasize the outcome without explaining the work behind it.
This page lays out our method plainly. See how the process works, compare it with other approaches, and decide whether AI visibility is worth pursuing for your business. If it is, you can then decide whether you want help putting it into practice.
This is the foundation layer — the records models read. It is not a marketing retainer and it is not the whole operating system. If the day is still waiting on you after the record is clean, the next conversation is productivity or the Business OS Sprint.
The Methodology
- 1
Diagnose
Find out what the assistants say about you today, before anything changes.
- Run a fixed set of prompts that match how buyers and sellers actually ask. Township, price band, property type, and situation.
- Record every answer. Note which agents get named, which get described, and which never appear.
- Audit the machine-readable record: Google Business Profile, name and address and phone consistency across directories, structured data on your site, and review volume and recency.
- Score the baseline against a written method, not a private opinion.
You receive: A scored baseline with the raw assistant answers attached as evidence.
- 2
Build
Correct the record the models read.
- Google Business Profile: categories, service areas, attributes, photos, and a posting rhythm you can keep.
- Consistency: one spelling of your name, one address format, and one phone number, everywhere a machine can find them.
- Structured data: schema on your site that states who you are, where you work, and what you do, in a format machines parse without guessing.
- Reviews: a repeatable request process, plus responses that carry specifics rather than thanks.
- Answer content: pages that answer the questions people actually type, written to be quoted rather than ranked.
You receive: The corrected assets, built inside your own accounts and under your own logins.
- 3
Validate
Measure the same way twice, so the change is real.
- Re-run the original prompt set against the same assistants.
- Compare answer by answer against the baseline.
- Report what moved, what held, and what did not move at all.
You receive: A re-measurement report scored against your original baseline, with the same evidence format.
- 4
Hand off
Leave you independent, not dependent.
- Transfer every asset. No login stays with me.
- Provide a written record of what changed and why it changed.
- Provide the prompt set and the scoring method, so you or anyone you hire can re-run the measurement later.
You receive: A handoff document and your own copy of the measurement instrument.
What this is not
The limits matter as much as the scope. These are the four things people most often assume, and none of them apply.
- Not a subscription
- The engagement has an end. There is no monthly retainer and no renewal to decline.
- Not a guarantee of placement
- No one controls what a model returns. I measure movement against your own baseline and report it plainly, including the answers that do not move.
- Not software
- You keep working assets in your own accounts. You do not keep a login to my platform, because there is no platform.
- Not a content mill
- The work targets the record the models read. Volume for its own sake is not part of it.
Who is the AI Visibility Foundation for?
The AI Visibility Foundation is designed for established real estate professionals, small businesses, and solo professionals who:
- Have a proven track record, established expertise, and a business ready to grow.
- Can make their own marketing decisions without waiting on a corporate approval process.
- Control, or can access, their website, business profiles, and customer reviews.
- Want to build an AI visibility foundation they will own and can manage independently.
Start with the measurement
The first phase works as a standalone piece. Run the baseline, read the answers, and decide from there. Nothing commits you to the rest.
Every Foundation engagement closes with a short read on the operations the measurement exposed. That conversation is optional and free. Many owners stop at the foundation. Some do not, because the measurement showed a system problem, not a listing problem.
