About Chris Dugan and Dugan AI
Founder story
I spent more than twenty years in enterprise technology sales, including ten years at Microsoft and roles at Google and Salesforce.
That background is where the pattern recognition comes from: what sticks when new technology meets a working business, and what quietly gets abandoned in month three.
I launched Dugan AI in April 2026 as a Pittsburgh-area advisory practice. The company itself was built with AI tools, which is the working proof of the method.
Why the advisor model
A managed service continues operating some or all of the system for an ongoing fee.
An advisor diagnoses the problem, implements the priority layer, validates the agreed work, and transfers ownership.
The choice is between building internal capability and continuing to outsource operation.
